Our chefs were personally trained by Kamal Mehra and Sudha Mehra. Nitin Mehra is our Executive Chef and he sets the menus for each location. He ensures that they are always inspired and spectacular, whether it's lunch or dinner. Our restaurants are filled with centuries-old Indian wood carvings, paintings, and intricate tapestries -- all chosen personally by Kamal Mehra, who had an undeniable passion for.
