I don't normally write a review, but I had to share my experience from today. But the customer service that we received Tom and his team was outstanding, I contacted him and advised him of our issue (no toner) and within the hour a very nice tech rep arrived with 2 toners and gave us a quick lesson on how to replace and we were up and running again. It's such a pleasure working with a company that values customer service. I would definitely recommend to any in the market for new office equipment.
I called to have my Epson printer looked at but was told they can not do it as they had too much inventory to work on!!!
