I have used Spectrio's services for many years to script and produce monthly messages for our customers to hear while on-hold. Erica Sacra is my Creative Content Specialist, and she does an amazing job understanding our business, our voice, and our audience, then translating them to artfully crafted messages. I highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Used their service for playing music at my business and the players had issues playing the same music over and over again. The players also would just stop playing music entirely. Reached out to customer service and very unprofessional or helpful. Do yourself a favor and use a different company!
