Fast response, patient and kind. They were very helpful helping me understanding my options.
I'd been searching for a medical malpractice attorney and of the list I was calling, several of them turned me down right away or never returned my call because my case wasn't catastrophic enough, like did I lose a limb, or eye. I guess they considered my case not big enough. I left a message at the Law Offices of Judy Greenwood and to my surprise, she called me back, actually listened to why I called, had me send my paperwork and said she would get back to me, which she did. She had such compassion and spoke reassuringly that she felt I had a case.
It is hard enough to make important decisions when you place your trust in someone to provide the treatment and care you need—only to later find yourself having to make another difficult decision: choosing someone to help you seek the care, accountability, and justice you believe you were denied.
