I had a great experience working with Kristen Charette on securing a construction loan. She was very helpful, attentive, and responsive throughout the whole process. She kept us on track and went above and beyond to get us approved so we could build our home!
Good tellers here and fast service. Kinda has a homey feel inside. Very nice.
I visited this branch yesterday and was disappointed with the service I received. The representative assisting me took approximately 15 minutes to just locate my account information. During that time, she repeatedly looked back and forth between the deposit slip and her computer. What made this especially concerning was that the deposit slip had been completed by the representative herself, yet she still appeared to have difficulty processing a routine transaction. My biggest concern was the lack of privacy.
