Over the past few years my Finances have been targeted by unscrupulous online hackers. My Norway Savings Bank customer service & Bank Associates have been there to help me recover funds and have guided my husband and I through various attempts to take advantage of our Online purchasing & spending habits. Most recently they helped me recover hundreds in losses fraudulently charged to my accounts. Further Fraud Monitoring help has been instrumental in adopting a better strategy to avoid any new losses.
Business account with Norway savings for 5 years. Never have any issue with holds when I deposit checks in person. But rarely do I have the time to go IN PERSON, during business hours, so I will deposit in the ATM. EVERY TIME they put a 7 day hold. Doesn't matter if I've had several checks from that customer for large amounts, never any issue with check deposit bouncing, THEY HOLD IT. THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER IS A COMPLETE WRECK AND CARES ZERO FOR ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
