1st phone rang a long time. Then left on hold for 20 min,then "disconnected"
I have been a customer since 2018 and manage more than several accounts. It’s time for me to learn Norway banking online. I use online banking at another bank. For some reason I was having difficulty enrolling in Telebank at Norway savings bank online banking using my iPhone. After I called ahead to confirm that someone could guide me through signing up, I drove to my nearest branch, which is in Bridgton. I was greeted immediately and thankfully was offered a chair (my disability is obvious, Parkinson’s tremors and slow walking with two canes and knee brace). I was more wobbly than usual.
