It is a shame that the management of the Esperson building has changed to Interra. These individuals do not care to maintain the building properly or satisfy the tenants who occupy it. It is night and day compared to the previous management group. It takes upwards of two weeks to get requests filled by management, who come in late, leave early, and take 2+ hour lunches. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and low-quality service. I urge anyone seeking office space to RUN from any property managed by this firm.

I drove around the charming city of Streetsboro, looking at condos when I stumbled upon a rundown and poorly maintained commercial strip mall. Deep Potholes and trash were everywhere, grass was growing through the pavement, and trees appeared dead. The building hasnt been kept up, paint faded & peeling, rust appearing, When I inquired about the property's ownership, I was informed that it is owned by an out-of-state investment firm. The city has been requesting improvements for years to make the strip more appealing. This strip mall is truly an embarrassment for the area.

The condition of the property you own in Streetsboro Ohio is atrocious. The parking lot has so many pot holes you cannot drive through it. There is no where to go to avoid them. It is absolutely unacceptable that you collect rent each month and yet fail to take care of the property. It is not only unsightly, it is dangerous.
