Do Not Use! After hours on the phone, commitment to a report, staff who are no longer with the company, Dr Balcony being paid in full and nothing in return. I will be filling a report to the Secretary of State .

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! We had a good beginning experience with Dr Balcony on getting the actual inspection timed and paid for, but once we did not pass and had to get plans updated for repairs we faced numerous issues. It took over a year to get a first set of plans to the city and approved. Dr. Balcony lost multiple forms that had to be completed over three times by our contractor before they finally submitted them to the city. It took multiple calls and emails to get any movement on work and we had already paid the invoice before any of this design work was done.

This company is NOT a California State Licensed contractor, do not use them. you pay them then they harass you trying to do the repairs that they failed you on. I just had our building inspector come through and basically stated we are clear and they don't know why they "failed" our balconies. SCAM I'm taking a picture of this review I am leaving to prove that Dr. Balcony can pay GOOGLE to remove "bad" reviews on them..... Under further review this might be a "international based backed company" pay attention to the reviews and the names of the people leaving "good" reviews.
