Dean was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with my computer and solving it expeditiously. Highly recommended!
I contacted Dean for help with a laptop that wouldn't boot. She responded quickly and was clear about what was possible and options. She kept me updated with further options and costs as her work progressed. I really appreciated the clear communication and clarity on costs (which were fair and a good value). Thanks Dean!
Dean is a wonderful and through computer technician. Even though my Acer laptop was a problem child, she was able to sucessfully fix the issues even though the laptop manufacturer clearly designed it to be as unuser/tech friendly. as possible. Major kudos for being able to access and modify the BIOS with a wonky insane "I work when I want and not when you want" keyboard. Personally, I would have thrown the entire laptop against the wall dealing with all the issues it presented. That's why Dean Bradley Computer Services deserves a 5 Star rating. Also, Gretel gives a paws up.
