Daniel was incredibly helpful and supportive, and he really took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and walk me through everything I needed to understand. I especially appreciated him making himself available to work with me in the evening, outside of normal business hours, so that I could take care of a time-sensitive matter without having to wait until the following day. He was very clear and straightforward in explaining the terms, what was at stake, and the different things I should consider moving forward.
