This was a great experience. Super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Will definitely come back!
The folks at Creative813 are kind and professional however it has been a frustrating process. The website was supposed to be done by end of March. Its now end of July and we are still stalled with one issue after the next. It seemed as if I had to ask for every single detail, even spelling and wording issues ; I believe this was due to a language barrier on the developers part. The price is reasonable .. Orlagh Hyes was very kind and professional but she was not the developer and could only relay my requests to them and wait.
Creative 813 made getting a website super easy—I picked their basicbtemplate package, and they took care of everything from setup to hosting. It’s been completely headache free. They do my updates and they've been handled quickly by the support team.
In the business's own words
At Creative813, we believe that your success IS our success. As seasoned entrepreneurs, we understand the frustration with dealing with firms that either don’t deliver or that give you what they think you should have instead of what you want. So we flipped the script, hired top talent with great communication skills, and opened Creative813. Our mission is to communicate deliverables and achieve them by involving you from start to finish.
