Great service! Had a washer that was down this morning and within 1 hour they had someone come to fix. Thank you so much for the speedy attention to this!
Great Service and customer service!! Called and within 15 mins they had someone out there to fix my machine. On top of that, they installed a mobile app payment system on my machine that same day and tech was super friendly to help me get the app going!
I’ve had multiple laundry vendors for all of my properties! Arts Washers and Dryers is by far the absolute best!!!! When you call you do not get sent to a one 800 number and wait.. right away, you are connected to a real person who immediately addresses your concern. Each time I’ve had a washer or dryer down at any of my properties, there has been a technician that comes out in 24 hours or less.
