Communication with this company has been extremely poor. They do not provide updates or notify clients of timeline changes. In our experience, they completed only part of the sign installation and left the project unfinished, with no clear information on when they would return to complete the work. While the individual employees are courteous , the company itself has proven to be unreliable and flaky. I’m not necessarily saying to avoid working with them, but be aware that you may encounter significant delays, lack of communication, and incomplete project delivery.
